Default performance settings on 2016 Z-51

I turned the performance setting **** all the way up to the "track" setting on my Z-51 coupe. The performance is noticeably more aggressive. Can someone briefly summarize what changes at this highest setting? shocks, brakes, steering, exhaust, air/fuel mixture, timing, etc.

Read the Manual:

Search for Competitive Driving Mode

You can download a PDF version of the manual from Sticky Threads above.

I have the manual, but it does not really explain what the car does (computer changes, valve changes to exhaust, magnahelic shock setting etc) when I change from sport to track.

Look at the chart. Mag ride says Tour, Tour, Tour, Sport, Track. This is progressively stiffer. Same with steering effort. Exhaust is still only open or closed. Open more of the time as you progress from Tour to Track.

More magic once you get into Perf Traction Management. The choices are explained in the manual - text, not a table.
