rough idle

rough idle
my 2014 LT1 now has a rough idle. periodically misses a beat. the entire vehicle shudders slightly, it used to be super smooth. nothing has changed about the vehicle or how i use it. Runs fine at speed. What should i start looking for that would change idle? Thx.

If the car runs poorly at idle but runs fine at speed I’d GUESS a vacuum leak…without a scan tool that is all you’ll be doing…if you don’t have one I’d suggest you buy one.

I just brought home my 2018 Stingray Z51. I test drove it Monday and Wednesday. Before I took it home Wednesday the sales guy filled it with gas. Shortly after I left the dealership I got in stop and go traffic and at every stop after the first few miles it started to idle rough. It never did that at stops on test drives. Nothing changed except the gas. I'm thinking he put cheap 87 obtain in. Idk
