I just got a TSP EL-C7 cam swap and a full E85 fuel kit installed, but the dyno results only came out to 488 wheel HP. I also have long-tube headers paired with an x pipe, does this sound right?

sounds about right to me. I was around that before I added E, after adding E it took me to 499, then I swapped the cam to TSP VVT3 and lingenfelter clone heads and it took me to 533
Yep sounds right .....488 NA HP is nothing to dismiss .... thats a nice gain
I love a cam and the sound .... but you can't beat the larger HP gains and the lower cost of adding a centri . Not to mention it's much easier to install

Only thing is the stock internals on the LT1s limit the power you can make safely. The centri is the easier install and will yield more power but my piece of mind is why I’m going the NA route

Haha I was considering that first but in the end I just decided to try and go N/A for now. I appreciate the feedback
I would love to talk to you about the Lingenfelter heads. I am thinking about having them port mine.
Ken
Me? Feel free to pm me. Technically they are the shops brand heads, but one of the owners is lingenfelters daughter. If i had to put money on it, prob the same
