Are the GS calipers the same for iron brakes and carbon ceramic brakes. What is required for upgrading brakes from iron to ceramic rotors and calipers? I have the possibility to pick up a J57 brake package and was wondering what all I need for the conversion.

No, the calipers for the J57 CCBs are different. Physically they are much larger. To convert a non-J57 car to CCBs will at a minimum require brake lines, brackets, calipers, pads and rotors. Possibly rims - not all rims will clear them. There may be other smaller items that are needed for conversion as well. If you are buying CCBs used, make sure those rotors are good. The surface should be glass like - if there is any roughness (common when used on track) the rotors will eat the pads quickly - and of course both pads and rotors are very $$.
