2019 LT4 - Coolant Cap Stuck

2019 LT4 - Coolant Cap Stuck
As title says, my 2019 coolant reservoir cap will not come off. I can turn it counterclockwise as many as 1.5 to 2 times and then it stops. It's never been off before. What's the cause and how do I remove it?
Does it screw off or does it turn some and then lift off? If it lifts off, how much do I need to unscrew it before pulling up?

I just had mine off, they can be very tight. keep turning it. I had to use a large channel lock. About 5 turns.
I just tried mine again, 5 turns.
I put a little grease on the O ring and now it comes off, easy peasy.
Mine also turned about 2 turns and got stuck, had to use my tool.

Me too. Had to add coolant after 5 years and I needed channel locks to break it loose.

Thanks for the tip on removing the coolant cap. I have not taken mine loose so will keep this in mind when I do.
