Z06 M7 Power Limit

Hi all, I'm looking for some insight on how much power the Tremec 7-speed trans can hold *reliably* without having to worry about anything breaking under track use or wearing out prematurely. I have a '15 Z06 that it mainly street driven with 2-3 track days a year. I have the following bolt ons installed:

Corsa CAI and catless X pipe
Katech Ported 87mm throttle body
DSX Supercharger lid
Car made 628whp on the dyno and just under that in torque with tune

I plan to have my tuner do a BTR stage 2 or TSP cam and possibly a Kong ported supercharger which should bring output to around 725whp in my mind. Would there be any concern for the trans, clutch, differential, axles, torque tube, etc. at that power level? The car is just cruised in 95% of the time so I'm not constantly WOT. Tried searching the various forums and couldn't find anything. I did see the Tremec M7 for a non-Z06 Vette carried a different part number than the trans in the Z06/ZR1 so maybe these are built to handle more power.
