Looking to buy a AFM disabler for my C7 GS that is only made in the USA. I searched and was only able to find one and that is the RANGE Disabler. Are there any others out there?
Buy from them. If you have an issue with it, they should replace it. Just ask them. Good luck getting an Amazon vendor to replace an item that you have had for a year and it craps the bed.

What makes you think the Range device is made in the US?
EDIT:
I see that in their add it does say. Made in the USA.
What exactly does that mean? I remember back in the late 70s, I had an TI-54 calculator. On the back, it proudly said "Made In USA". Others had Casio which was Japanese. Pretty cool since *** products at the time were garbage. Obviously, that is different today. One day, I opened it up to put new batteries. One thing led to another and the unit was laid bare on my table. You saw Made in Philippines, Japan, Taiwan etc. components inside.

Somewhat true. I had a set of LED bulbs with a 2 year warranty. Seller moved away from Amazon to eBay. Year and a half later, I had a warranty issue that couldn't be resolved. Thankfully it was for my truck and it was summer so it wasn't bad. Took a few days for Amazon to get back to me. Since the seller wasn't under their jurisdiction, they can't do much besides send an email. OTOH, they offered to let me keep the bulbs and gave me credit for whatever I wanted on Amazon less a "Restocking Fee" which was fair enough.

What that means is, I researched where it was made and found out it was made in the USA. That's why it was an EDIT:

I get that. What I meant was What does "Made In the USA" mean? Does it mean that everything was built here and to proper specs or does it mean it was assembled here with components from who knows where?
Its the components that are made all around the world. The unit is just assembled here. I'd bet their board already comes stuffed and ready to install in the case.
Setting up a line to inventory parts, design and make a bare board and then have it stuffed over here is an expensive proposition.
i've been involved in this kind of work for a very long time.
