Default Traction solution

I drag race My C7A8 it is a base car with mechanical limited slip diff. I am using MT SS drag radials mounted on Weld Beadlocks and am using a Circle D 245 triple disc torque converter with a 2800 stall speed. When the track has been prepped I have a dead hook and consistent 60' times but as the racing goes on and the prep disappears I begin to have wheelspin off the line. I have adjusted lots of variables but have settled on using 100# of sand in the back to gain consistency. I am hopping one or more of you has had to do this and would like to know how you secured the sand. It is in 50# plastic bags and two seems to be the magic number. Pictures or descriptions would be great. I posted here instead of drag racing to sample a larger population. Yes I leave traction control on but when it senses wheel spin it pulls timing and closes the throttle for a brief moment but keeps me off the wall but the 60' time usually drops by 0.1 to 0.13 seconds and I still loose the race.

Have you had a drag race alignment done to change the camber, caster and toe in the rear? It will help plant the whole tire instead of just the inner 3/4th's. MT ET-Street R's or Hoosiers will hook better. What are your 60's when you do and don't hook?

ok so my suggestion isnt cheap by any stretch . install a dsc suspension controller. theres a drag setup in the controller and you will be amazed at how the car handles on the street track wet you name it. completely customizable if you want.
I was super lucky and found a gen 4 used one for 350$. retail is about 1300$

downloaded the software and hooked the controller up. no lights on the dash and the car feels fantastic. drove the car 1700 miles to tx2k and back in driving extreme rain weather. went to wet mode and car at 70 mph (way faster than I should have been driving ) felt planted and never skipped or felt sketchy. dry driving was a joy the often potholes I couldn't avoid felt so much softer than before . I have some other files to install at some point but for now the car just feels so much better than the day I bought it and better than the updated oem software mod. for the price I paid its a home run. not sure I would play the 1300$ retail but used at 700$ or so in a heartbeat minute i would
