I was in the car with the battery tender installed and spent about an hour and half studying the manual and figuring out the infotainment system - all of a sudden no power. Could I have run the battery down and the tender couldn't keep up? I will check battery voltage in the morning. It is the original battery (2019 C7). Do you think it was just it's time? I keep it on a tender whenever its not being driven (3300 miles on the clock). Thanks for the incoming advice.
My battery tenders both have a 1.25 amp charge rate which should keep up with any power needs while in aux mode so that part is a little weird. But I agree that it's time for a new battery. I just replaced a battery that was installed on March/2019. It was on its way out last fall with sluggish cranking. Then this spring after being on a tender all winter couldn't even start the car. Measured 10.9 volts after the start attempt. Before I disconnected the tender, it showed green light in maintenance mode. Looked fine according to the tender but it was done.
As others have mentioned, it's time for a new battery. In my experience, the battery will drop dead with little or no warning. I've it happen in both my C5 and my C7. Even happened when I was at a client one time. Now I replace them after about 4 or 5 years so I don't get stranded somewhere.

Your car was due for a new battery, but the but also-
The Accessory and Retained Accessory Power positions have timers that restart every time you do certain things. It's possible that yours simply "timed out".

From what I know - when the CTEK battery charger is in use it will keep the accessory power on as long as the battery is charged to begin with. With an old battery a full charge can not be maintained and then the battery fails. With that being possible and a 6 year old battery, I just replaced the battery and all is good.
