Default 2019 Z06 - Having horn issue

Need some help please. When I double locked the car you hear my horn sounds off. But when I go to push the horn on the steering wheel it does not sound off. I checked the fuse under the hood and it's good. I also took off airbag and all harness plugs looked good. Ground stake clip looked good too.

Steering wheel function buttons do work.
I did have my steering wheel swapped for a carbon fiber wheel before I took delivery of the Vette. So not 100% sure the horn worked when pressed. I'm going to assume it did. Anyone have any ideas? Thx

I've never had the steering wheel off. Can you see where the mechanical connection is made with the airbag removed? Just wondering if there is anything in there you can manipulate by hand to try to get it to honk.

**** UPDATE ****

I pulled off the airbag again. Double-checked the connections and they all look good. I then did a continuity test between all ground to ground. Positive to positive and positive. Took around while pushing on the contacts. All were good. I also test the continuity from the harness to the main plug and that was also good.

I wound up bending the contact tabs down a little bit. Put everything together. Now when I push down on the horn it works.
So it seems the contacts were not close enough to hit each other
