Default Help Somthing fell off from shifter box

Getting ready to do the shifter box alignment.
Replacing the rubber mounting pads with poly from ZIP.
Something fell into the space of the torque tube.
Not sure what.
Box looks complete as far as I can tell.
Anyone have an idea of wit may be?

The bottom of the stock shifter has some kind of plastic or rubber piece that keeps the entire unit mated to torque tube with a kind of male/female fitting aspect. I assume its for sound deadening (so not metal on metal contact) and a bit of extra support. My Tick shifter I installed did not have the same bottom design or need for this piece, it just kind of free hangs in the space with the two mounting bolts.

See the black piece on the bottom, that just sits in place and isn't held with glue or tape or anything. That part of the shifter fits into a little slot on the torque tube.
