Stock clutch on my C7 Z06 finally had enough and started slipping, 2 weekend at the track on the DR2 drag radials did it in.

Was planning to do the Monster triple plate or the Mantic triple plate.

However I had some friends suggest the Mcleod RXT 1200 Twin, anyone have any experience with this clutch? all the reviews i have seen so far seem to be no problems, whereas the reviews are mixed on the Monster and Mantic.

My end goal for the car is 900s hp over the winter, and it sees a lot of hard launches at the track.

Opinions?

Just my 0.2, I went with a Monster triple disc and it has been great. My car is pushing almost 1300hp at the crank is it handles it with ease. I also heard Mantic was good and I have heard good things about McLeod clutches. I don't think you would be wrong going either way. Just make sure it's installed correctly and be sure to get a speed bleeder installed. Makes changing the fluid alot easier.

Hey question for you, did you go with OE clutch slave cylinder with Monster? I have a GM slave with Tick billet release bearing installed for McLeod twin disk was wondering if that slave is strong enough.

I'll let you know because the shop is installing that same clutch.
