Default C7 z06 start up
Trying to figure out what this sound is
Factory starter went out on . So I replaced it with a reman and that didn’t work so I got a acdelo and another factory starter both brand new and they both make this sound .

any ideas what it is ?

Can you look inside at the main engine flex plate teeth. Turn the engine over and see if it meshes then.

right off the bat it sounds like the starter teeth are hitting the flywheel not meshing. need to pull the starter and look at the teeth on both the starter and flywheel
