My 2016 has started to squeak when going over bumps (at any speed) and is more significant when it's colder. There are some threads on here that say it's the trunk seal (I don't think it is, I used a paper towel in between trunk and seal and drove and still got the squeak), upper control arm bushing, sway bar end links, or loose panels in the trunk itself. Has anyone experienced this before and if so, what did you do to fix it?
There is a lot of weatherstripping on a C6, and it tends to dry our over time. I re-lube mine about every year and that keeps it quiet.
I use the Dielectric Silicone grease recommended in our Owner Manual, apply on a warm day/heated garage and wipe 95% of it off after an hour. Too much will stain clothing etc.
GM makes a dedicated weatherstrip lube which is incredibly expensive and moderately effective but less staining.
At one time, they recommended "Superlube" paste but that eventually turns into a sticky gooey creaking squeaking mess that's a PITA to remove. Do not use it on weatherstripping. Avoid Armor All.
There is a European stuff called "Gummey Pfluge" (sp?) that gets good reports.
If you use spray products, I'm told the volatile carrier in the product can attack rubber, so spray it into a clean rag and wait a minute for the carrier to evaporate before wiping on..

I had a similar issue on a 2015 which had squeaking issues over slightly bumpy roads and it was driving me nuts. Reading through these threads I replaced the rear sway bar links and that was the culprit. Seemed fine installed, but noticed they were shot when I removed them. Went with the Moog option and good to go now. Good luck!
