Temp control knob light.

Temp control **** light.
I have looked up some info on this issue but thought there might be a magic fix. The temp control still works like it should but the **** doesn't light up. I can see the setting on the passenger side control panel, while it's in sync mode.

I wonder if this is one of the low battery symptoms. I think my battery is getting a bit old.
Just checked the battery, 7 years old. I just ordered the 48ACDelco AGM battery, $177, plus tax, plus exchange, $198. Not bad for 760 CCA, AGM battery. My old battery was only 615CCA, 70 Ah.
The install went well. Don't forget to hook up the vent tube, and most important, plug the vent hole on the other end of the battery. It comes with a little red plug. Get a battery strap, it will help get the old battery out, without handles.
