C7 Shaking After Sitting
This happens during any medium to hard acceleration at any speed. Turns on stabilitrak and rear axle service lights. Check engine light flashes as well. Oil change was last September. Axle/Trans fluid was about 12,000 miles ago.
Battery has always been on a tender so don't think its a battery issue. I've read from others it could be bad fuel from sitting, spark/injectors, etc. Just wanting to get the groups feedback.
UPDATES:
Codes are P0302 which is a cylinder 2 misfire. Going to replace the plugs and see how that works. Spark plug wires seem undamaged and fully seated on cylinder 2.
I did swap the coil driver from 2 to 4 and the issue did not move and is still on cylinder 2 so its at least not the coils.
Still going to get the plugs swapped (shopping prices right now because the dealer wants $704). I also don't want to drive it far on a misfire either.

Your issue sounds exactly what I had a few weeks ago. My 2015 ZO6 I just finished an oil change on I took it up the road the next day and it was missing very badly throwing a P0304 code and the stabil track lights as well. I did a bunch of research on here and decided to pull the number four plug.
it looks pretty good so I decided just to change all six plugs while I was in there and the spark plug wires. I also bought a coil but I ended up not needing it. I actually found the spec on the spark plug wires and checked it with my own meter and all the wires actually measured more resistance than what the book calls for so that made me order the MSD super conductor 8.5 mm plug wires as they are very low resistance. I figured if I was going to change them I might as well upgrade
long story short changed all the plugs and the spark plug wires and the problem went away. So you may want to take your own meter and check your spark plug wires and at least change that also. Just my experience.
if you have any more questions shoot me a message
thanks Jeff

From sitting the winter I figured it might of fouled up the plugs or injector. Either way shouldn't be a 'horrible' fix.
Before you spend the money on plugs and wires just swap the plug from another cylinder. If it is still there then swap a wire. If it's still misfiring then more than likely the injector.
My scanner indicated a misfire on #2 cylinder.
Just replace 1 plug (#2 cylinder) and all was well.
My advice would be just change that one plug and go from there. It's cheap.
