Default 3d Printed smoke test adapter

So while working on my ECS supercharged Z51 car, I wanted to run a quick smoke test on the intake pipes & intercooler.

Unfortunately my smoke tester was not designed for such large pipes. The intake side is 100mm and the airbox side is 110mm.

So, I designed and 3d printed my own!

They worked perfectly and I was able to identify a significant leak around my MAF , seemingly from the screw holes. Never would have realized without a smoke test!

You can download and print them for free at the following page: https://makerworld.com/en/models/274...fileId-3044521

Yeah and imagine how much is leaking out at full boost!

I gooped it up with gasket maker for now but I'm surprised about this leak. The inner chamber where the screws go through is supposed to be separated from the inside of the intake pipe.

There is no visible damage anywhere so it must be some machining problem causing the interior of the MAF chamber to leak through to the screw holes.
