infotainment screen

i have a 2017 GS3LT
the infotainment screen is black no buttons work and cant use the dash to power it on either, screen only comes on when in reverse for cameras but cannot use radio or anything.
please help lol.

yea i actually replaced the battery recently but the issue was still happening before the replacement

The connectors behind the dash (you can get to from under down by the throttle) was my issue. They just came loose, unplugging completely and plugging back in and yes been good for about 50k miles.

Does everything else work besides the radio? Do you still get the open door chime?
