GM has really dropped the ball with both the underside of the hood and along the sides of the engine well. So what if we dress up our under hood when some areas really look unfinished. Worst I can remember of any of my Vettes.

So, how about someone coming out with a couple of trim pieces for the sides of the engine bay? Need to leave access to two screws and a hole, but other than that, just a preformed piece to finish it off and to match the other "plastic".

Looks like it would have to be a vacuum formed piece thin ABS plastic. I personally don't have a vacuum former or know of anyone. I do have ABS plastic though if that helps

Matte black vinyl wrap should take care of that easily and be an almost exact match.
