If it is more or less a street legal C7R, then it's going to absolutely wreck other cars on the track.

Where did GM say any of that? Is there a link to them making any statement like that?

A de-stroked LT4 would fit within the ACO's requirements, so I wouldn't be so certain of that...

I've heard some people don't like the way ARM operates. I did not read too much into it so cannot tell you why.
