Default Corvette Development Team Appreciation Post

Greetings Friends,

With the upcoming unveiling of the Mighty 2015 C7 Stingray Z06, I would like to take a brief moment to express my appreciation and gratitude towards the Corvette Development Team. They have studied. And they have tested. But most importantly, they have listened to their loyal followers/customers.

Due to their endless pursuit to EVOLVE and be the BEST, they have vastly improved the Corvette in all areas of design, build quality, materials, and technology.

As an owner of both the C6 and C6Z, I didn't think it could get any better. But it just did! THANK YOU Corvette Development Team for advancing the Corvette Brand and allowing it to be...

America's Supreme Super Car!

TAKE NO PRISONERS!

Thank you,
Corvette_Nut

Default Corvette "Stingray Z06"

Are you sure that's the new name? I figured "Stingray" would be a term used for the BASE Corvette not be combined with the "Z06" option.

If so, that's disappointing.

Hopefully, it'll just be called the 2015 C7 Corvette Z06

Adding kudos to Jim Mero and Mike Bailey. Presentations at the 2013 Corvette Museum "Bash" and contributions to C7 were amazing. These guys know their s*#t.

I will appreciate them a lot more if the rear of the car looks better than the base Stingray's hodge-podge.

No doubt the Horsepower and performance is going to be fantastic and another epic world beater but that rear end is not gonna fly (past the first year) for around $90K. There are a lot of pretty sports cars in that price range.

I have faith the rear will look better than the base model.

I thought my 2002 ZO6 was the last Corvette I would own. I came back because the team was allowed to do a car without limits! Thank you
