Is the C6Z starting to really look dated?

Just shows how utterly clueless you are about FI 350z's
Several owners of FI 350Z's who actually track their cars used and recommended that front bumper to significantly reduce heat soak......
...and I can personally attest that the rear spoiler gave noticeable additional down force at speed......
So I guess you were just a clueless waxer wanna be back then huh???
You just learned Noob........

Also, after I sold my second 350Z and moved along, I helped build that car into a 714 RWHP beast. What did you have? Some bolt on Greddy TT setup? I figured since we are making assumptions here, I'd join in on it.
Go back to bed and keep dreaming about your C7Z.
EDIT: I guess I did use the term "ricer" because well.. It looks very ricer... Still did not question the effectiveness. BTW.. That 714 RWHP 350Z got along just fine without heat soak with the stock bumper and nismo front lip.
Ricer on, buddy.

Is that what you meant turtle waxer??
I am in the process of growing some brain cells for you in a petri dish.....
It's apparent your brain.......what little you have....... is heat soaked.
Maybe you can wear that stock bumper with the Nismo lip as a cap to prevent your brain damage from getting worse.

Now if you are saying it didn't heat soak because your clueless *** was waxing the hell out of it while it sat in the driveway with the engine off..... yeah.....you are right.....

First, my '13 427 is for sale. That said, IMO, I actually like the looks of the C6Z more as time passes. It's curvy and classic. I honestly don't care for all the boy-racer carbon fiber exposed on the C7Z - seems like a design to appeal to drooling 20-somethings but at an $90K+ price tag. Not a recipe for long-term C7Z sales success.
I honestly think the regular C7 will sell well, but the C7Z will not do well over time (after the first year hype) - too many other classy options out there for the $90K+ crowd.

I like them both however I don't know if the C7 design will hold up as well as the C6 did. Only time will tell. I am not knocking the C7 but in some ways it looks over designed.

A neighbor of mine has a green C7 that I see going to work everyday and it is starting to grow on me.

to my eye, the C6 Z06 when seen next to the C7 Z51 compliment each other in the sense that they look even better as a pair together than either single one alone. with the C7 Z06, i'll have to wait to see one in-person.
C1 and C2 have held up extremely well over time, and IMO C6 into the next 15-20 years C6 will continue to have classic appeal. C3, C4, and C5 just don't do it for me to the same degree. not knockin' 'em...just not my cup of tea.

I'm sure I'll have one. But I can guarantee you one thing, all that angular Nissan GTR design philosophy is going to get old fast...

The C5 Z06 body style is still claimed by many including Wendell Strode to be one of the best body styles and most popular body styles ever created by Corvette... The C6 wont have any classic appeal to anyone but you buddy... Only C6 worth talking about is the C6Z and ZR1 the coupes are nothing more special then a Base coupe C5 which are a dime a dozen....

The Z06 is hands down faster better looking vehicle than the C5 ,many will agree.

C6Z's better not look dated - I just spent a fortune building a 1000 RWHP Z06 with a YSI blower - LOL. I could have bought almost half a C7Z for what I just spent on this build.

the only corvette that i think looks dated is the C4
I just saw a yellow C5Z this morning and thought that was a pretty sharp looking car.
Then I saw a C6 GS later in the day and thought the same.
They are Corvettes - if you think the C6 looks dated then you are too concerned with the image you are trying to put out then what the performance you are actually driving
