Best estimate for customer deliveries is maybe this time next year. One Forum dealer I talked to thinks it will be a bit earlier. You can put down a deposit now. If the schedule runs something like the Stingray intro last year, options and pricing will be out in May and you can place a formal order by June.

The demand for the 2006 Z06 was quite high and initially GM had problems with keeping up with the demand even with being tooled up to produce 7,000 of them annually.
They may be in production in early 2015, but I suspect they will be in short supply for awhile.
