Default Base vs Loaded spot the diff?

I searched here and the web but gave up. Want to know if the differences are painfully clear or practically unnoticeable.
I doubt that the base would be sub-standard in any way - would it?

About as obvious as the C6.

Do you mean base versus Z07 package?
Or like 1LZ versus 3LZ (or 4LZ) interior package?

On a related note, I just want to make sure that everyone knows that even the base/'zero options' car STILL comes pretty damn loaded/well equipped.
A/C, power windows/door locks/seat/steering/brakes. ABS/Active Handling/Traction Control, cruise control etc. etc. Leather seats, rear defogger, infotainment/stereo system, On Star, keyless entry, nice carpeting etc. etc. There are very few 'sacrifices' even with the cheapest possible combination. There is no such thing as a 'stripper Corvette' any more.

Yes, I was thinking more aero package plus concerned of the overall appeal of the steel brakes on the base.

Regarding the C6, I don't think there was a base Z06 vs loaded except for interior stuff. The big noticeable diff was the NAV. For me anyway.

I'd love to see a side by side comparison.

This is why a 1LZ with Z07 aero is all I need.My phone is my NAV.

Once I found out that you could get the suede visors with Homelink and install them yourself, that sealed the 1LZ for me as the Homelink was the only omission I cared about. I have to get the track cam however. Event organizers in my area are pushing cams in every car to lessen the difficulty of solving crash disputes so the preinstalled package would make life way easier, plus the applications for analysis sound pretty interesting.

There were some mild visual exterior/handling packages (Centennial and Carbon editions, various wheels/tires/brake rotors/spoilers/splitters etc.) available on the later C6 Z06s as well.

I agree the base is loaded enough.

The base Z06 comes with the Stage 1 aero, meaning no front splitter, no side splitter, and Z51 looking spoiler. You will have to go to CFZ(or V) to get the more aggressive looking splitters, and spoiler as seen in the photos to date.

I thought you needed the 3lz to get the PDR? Or at minimum, the 2lz and you have to order NAV??

3LZ includes the Nav/PDR; 1/2LZ the Nav/PDR is optional and if selected they come together.

No memory seats on the 1LZ, which means no easy-exit. Easy-exit is one of those features that a big guy like me needs. I manually roll the seat back in my car now to get out without scraping up the steering wheel on my jeans.

What if there's a stripper IN your Corvette? With all those features, you could probably convince one to ride with you. What if you mount a stripper pole on the trailer hitch?

Instead of a pole how about a Roll Bar for the strippers that will come as an option.

The base Z06 does have a front splitter. It is different from the level 2 and the Z07.
