It;s official. Got a call from BeckyD at Rodgers Chevrolet and the order went to 2000 status this morning. No constraints for carbon fiber dash or CFZ. TPW of Oct 16. If that's real we should have them a lot sooner than we thought.

I never stated that it was constrained. Just that I ordered CFV. I wouldn't know anything about CFZ. If I misunderstood a question and incorrectly typed please let me know where so I can edit.

Best,
Gene

We tried to order the automatic but the system wouldn't accept it. When we ordered CFZ it took the option and went to 2000 status. I'm not sure which one is correct but as I read the previous posting from ken it seems like CFZ is constrained on non Z06 models.

phantasms: Love your build. I'm waiting for the opinions on the Z07 package. I was very tempted to order it also but I rarely track my cars. This one will be more of a daily driver. I trade cars frequently (an expensive hobby) so already looking at next build with Z07 if good reviews.

If you're in the north east you're more than welcome to check out my Z07 when it comes in. I too am daily driving this thing, but I prefer it to feel as stiff as possible. It will see some track time but nothing too serious.

When I go to Chevrolet website it says Status = order placed. Does that mean that it is at a 2000?

I'm not sure about that. I didn't pay close enough attention to that website before today but now mine says order placed.
