Darn A8 constraint.
I just turned down the chance to have one of the first Z06s in the St. Louis area this morning. I am #2 on the list at my dealer and they can't reach #1. Have to put in the order today or lose the allocation. I had a hard time deciding, but finally turned it down and stuck with the A8.

Are you saying they lose allocation if you want an A8?
My dealer has 1 allocation and I want an A8 Z06 if his allocation comes up and we don't take it because the A8 is constrained does he just lose his this order cycle or lose the allocation for the year?

The dealer loses it if he doesn't order something. Typically he would order for stock. He can't just defer it.

they had a customer behind me ready to go with a manual, so nothing is lost. I just will have to wait until the get allocations when the A8 is available. My dealer has 8 allocations total.
