Default Warrantee Question

The Z06 is a hell of a machine but I'm sure there will still be some guys like myself who will want to do some "light" mods to the car to enhance the performance to their own liking. Now I know changing heads or camshaft or any of that stuff would void the warrantee, but would the following void it as well?

Cat Back exhaust & perhaps low restrictive cats (Bullets)
Pully change for supercharger
Tune
Lowering on stock bolts
160 thermo

Thanks!

Yea most of those would void it. Primarily the tune and the pulley. They designed the car for a certain HP. If you push it harder and blow something, your upgrades could be to blame. They wont want to pay for a blown motor that was pushed beyond their specified limits..

Cat back exhaust and lowering on stock bolts is not likely to affect your warranty.

Pully change, Tune, and 160 thermostat are very likely to affect a claim, especially if you have engine damage.

I was planning to do the pulley also... I have never seen warranty issues with exhaust unless its an exhaust issue. Can anyone let me know what lowereing on stock bolts is... Sounds like the suspension has adjustments? Or is this simply putting springs on stock struts?

Lowering on stock bolts refers to using the stock pre-load bolts on the leaf springs to lower it down a bit. It's easy to do yourself as shown on other posts in this forum. It would be a good idea to get your alignment checked if you do it.
