Default Code 2000 today/3000 tomorrow

Just got the workbench order from Dave at Kerbeck and Im officially event code 2000 today on my Lagana blue and will be 3000 tomorrow per Dave. With that said can anyone take a guess on delivery times? Winter, spring, or summer?

Dave's guess was dec/jan so I guess thats sooner than expected. Almost wish it would wait til May as I prob wont drive it at all before the salt and gravel is gone here on the east coast... But hell I'll take it...

I'm in the same boat, I chose a Museum delivery however. I wonder if that gets me a sooner delivery since it just has to be rolled next door instead of onto a truck and shipped?

On a side note, you got to love Kerbeck, straight shooting bunch of guys down there.

If Dave said Dec/Jan, I'd probably say he has a better guess than me.

Default Status Question / Museum Deliver Question

Still very new at this - My first question is: do all orders that have been accepted move to status 3000 / "Queued for Production" tomorrow? I have had my order showing up on the GM Tracking site as "Order Placed" since last week - does this mean that I too will go to 3000 tomorrow?

My second question is what type of required pickup time frame do you get with the Museum Delivery? My son is getting married in November and no one seems to agree with me that when the car is ready - I am headed to Bowling Green - not sure that I would have a family to come back to if I missed the wedding (even for a Z06).

I'm not sure that 2000 today guarantees 3000 tomorrow, but when you get a TPW (Target Production Week) from the factory, you can usually pick up Museum Deliveries about 2 weeks after that, depending on Museum schedule. Maybe later if they're booked.

Suggest a wedding at the Museum?

JDM,
May I ask when you placed your order? I, too have an order with Dave. I just received his email stating, my order cleared all the weekly constraints and the factory will be picking up my order tomorrow.

I would appreciate any light you can shine on this process for me.

Much Thanks,

I believe they put a 2 week hold on Museum Delivery cars . The museum is really great about working with your schedule.

Hmmm, I'm surprised with Dave's guess of Dec/Jan. Although, he probably has plenty of experience guessing at these things. My dealer told me late Nov, early Dec, and I'm in MN. If it gets too far into Dec, the truck will need a snowplow escort...

Well it seems that all of Daves orders are on here today, also was given a 3000 for tommorow, It goes to show that dealing with biggest dealer you sure cant go wrong. My Z06 is loaded, including dual roof package. there were zero constraint of any kind and now all we can do is wait for the BG call to come and get it. Like waitnng for my Z51 last Oct was a waiting fun time

My bet is you made a couple changes to your original order hence the 2078 status...no worries as it will be at 3000 tomorrow like all the others.
