My order went from Order Placed (1100) yesterday to Queued for Production today.
Does anyone know what event description number that is - 2000, 3000?
Is there a way to track the car by the event description numbers?

Go to GM online chat and provide your order code... they will tell you 3000. 
The online tracker isn't detailed enough so the ways to track the car by the event description numbers is via your SA/dealership or online chat or customer service lookup in the forums.
