When the cars are delivered, which I would guess will not start until some time in December. If you are picking it up from them or having it courtesy delivered, you will not be able to take possession until you have paid for it.
At least, while the cars are in QC hold or waiting for a load to make up, we can be saving our pennies.

If your car is being shipped here we will contact you once the car hits and we'll do the payment and paperwork then. If you are doing a courtesy or museum delivery then we will ask for payment and do paperwork as soon as we get invoiced for the vehicle.
Some do like to pay the cars off sooner and that's fine but we can't do any paperwork until we are invoiced for the car regardless of if you have paid in full. We get these requests this time of the year with people trying to spend the money before the end of the year for tax purposes.
