They can deliver your car with no window sticker. My early build 15 window sticker was blank. If they have the invoice, they can sell you the car.

Picked mine up at noon today - they claim it was the 1st delivery in Texas (not sure how they would know).

Just got back from almost 3 hours at the dealer - they got the invoice this morning and everything is good to go for my 2015 Corvette ZO6 Stingray (It is on the vehicle sales form as follows: 2015 / Chevrolet / Corvette Stingray / Coupe / 1YZO7 / Shark Gray). I am picking it up at the Museum Monday morning at 10:00 AM. Congrats to all those who take delivery in these first few weeks - it has been a long wait, but well worth it. While at the dealer I saw a TR ZO6 with stage 3 aero being prepped (VIN # 600002) - THE CAR IS AMAZING IN PERSON: Intimidating, HUGE tires, every bit of an exotic sports car - If you are waiting to order - pull the trigger - I am confident this is the best car / purchase / choice I have ever made.
