SN 46 2016 "R" not just another good looker! It serves many hours a year of track duty

100 Octane GM tune and paying attenton to the temps keeps her happy all day. Son right on my tail.

Oh no! Rotors and pads $7000.00 Best brakes ever! Worn brake light means it may be too late during track sessions.

Congratulations to you. I love the stripes down the middle & with the black wheels it really ties everything together. Do you have a mod list for the holidays this year?

Yes, it does seem to do so Stahl114. Beautiful Z!!! I couldn't believe the difference even in how she sounded at idle after that. Mine got the break in oil change done on Thursday and I got to enjoy the car some coming home and yes! Amazing! Tried out a little bit of that rear wheel traction control in 2nd at about 50mph or so too! Yesterday we headed up to VIR for the Charity Laps. While they have official photographers there, they are concentrating on getting everyone and so they get some nice shots but not always amazing. My boyfriend followed me the first set, rode with me the second and then on the last he took pictures. Got above 100 I'd have to count on the PDR video how many times and Cosworth Toolbox says 121.7mph max. Not really tracking per se, but a chance to enjoy it and start learning how it handles better. Cool temps and summer tires still and slower cars and no passing, but still got to have a great time! My Mamo Throttle Body should arrive today and just jumped in and ordered my Borla X-Pipe a couple of months early after hearing they've been discontinued....the saga continues!

Beautiful Z! I started to buy a GS in ceramic White loaded with everything. But fell for the Z in triple black. No ONE at the dealership told me the motor is in a detuned state until after the 500 mile oil change.at 70 mph it will light the tires up grabbing 4th with tc on. ( helmets may be required )

Its in a detuned state not allowing full power until after 500 mile break in. Then resets to allow full power from the motor. It's fine just a break in tune loaded in the ECM that goes away after 500 mile oil change. Apparently all new vettes have this program loaded in them.

Took delivery of my 2019 Z06 (3LZ + Z07) on 11/10 (ordered from Mike Furman in Aug, as he'd offered a great deal). Still awaiting my winter tires (living in Seattle), hence not so much driving so far and only a few photos taken. But man, I love this car so much!!!

where did that information come from. And how does it know to reset to full power.
Thanks
Al
