Default Hot Debate!

Until recent first hand owner’s experience, many buyers stated they preferred the manual because they are better at the track because less prone to overheating. Is it possible the auto has the better cooling system after all with the additional cooler?

As soon as I read about the overheating issue, I postponed my order. I track a lot and I track cars hard. I want to make sure that the car can be at least modified to complete a 25 minute session without overheating issues.

I am not upset….in reality we are asking a lot of these cars when we take them to the track! All cars have a weakness. In the previous generation 911, it was the coolant hose coming off!

There is no overheating issue!!! It's an ECU program designed to limit the car at high speeds to maintain longevity during the warranty. If you want to go over 130mph and not have limits and you don't care about your warranty, get a tune.
