My plan is to order Carbon Fiber from a secondary source like Katech after I get my car.

I was at the Corvette Museum again yesterday and notice that on a black Z06 that it had the stage 3 splitter, side rockers and the spoiler. It didn't have the carbon brakes or the pilot cup 2 tires. I wasn't aware that you could order the car this way.

The car did have the clear wickerbill with the Z06 logo and the stage three things on the front splitter.
This will be the way I go. I don't need the extra brakes or race tires.

He has no plans for the Z07 option, so he is restricted to the CFZ. CFV is not available w/o the Z07 option.

Correct. But I was not referring to original order. You can, when and if available, order either ground effects package from GM after the car is yours. As example, the Stage 2 GM Part number is 23256573.

The guy picking it up was name Steve From Indy the car was ordered from Hendrick He didn't say if he was a forum member.
I love the Black Z although I will be going with LB
