Default Track alignment

Three questions
1.) How much negative camber is applied to suspension, front and rear, when set to track alignment?
2.) How difficult is it to set? Can I do it myself in my garage or does it need to go to an alignment show?
3.) Can you get away with track alignment on the street w/o excessive inner tire wear?
just seems like a lot of effort to change every time you want to go to the track. It would be nice if there were something like the caster camber plates I have have on my 2011 gt 500, which makes changing settings a snap.

I don't know how critical it is to the overall alignment but the C7 gas a rear caster setting which is measured by setting the angle of the knuckle by using a digital angle finder. That might be a little trickier to set up than what we normally do since it is probably difficult to attach the gauge to the knuckle or read it without removing the tire.

I have read they are recommending special settings in the rear.
