Are Level 3 and Zo7 one and the same option packages, and if not what are the differences? I'm trying to build my perfect Z on the Chevy web page and I'm confused on this issue. Thanks for any clarification on this. Best regards. DN
The Z07 option includes additional larger "front side spats" and the clear wicker-bill insert for the rear spoiler, both of which are
recommended for track use. The Z07 option also requires the purchase of the larger front splitter & side skirts ground effects
in either painted carbon flash (CFZ) or exposed carbon fiber (CFV).

No....Level 3 is referring to the interior packages.
The Z07 is an option for the track and has nothing to do with the interior.
There are three stages of aero on the car: Stage 1 (Base); Stage 2 (CFZ or CFV) and then Stage 3 is included in the Z07 option and includes larger end caps on the front splitter and a clear center wickerbill on the rear spoiler.
Yeah, I am not sure what he is referencing as on the Build web site there is no Stages of Aero for the Z06.
Aero is only Base, CFZ/CFV (ground effects) or Z07 (requires CFZor CFV).
Just to clarify you can get stage 3 aero without zo7......
Yes, but aftermarket. Order CFZ (CFV is supply-limited to Z07 orders) and for about $200 buy the clear wickerbill from Cultrag or a GM dealer. If you really want the larger splitter winglets they are or will be orderable as parts as well.
Z07 aero is merely the winglets on the splitter and the clear center wickerbill on the spoiler.

Not from the factory. As mentioned above, the pieces that make a stage 2 package a stage 3 are part of the Z07 package.
In fact, the ordering documents have no reference to stages at all. There is simply the base Z06 (stage 1,) the CFV or CFZ ground effects package (stage 2,) and the Z07 Performance Package (stage 3.) The stage terminology is just an enthusiast shortcut for the above packages.
You will, in time, be able to get all the body pieces from GM or similar pieces from the aftermarket. But from the factory, no "stage 3" without both the ground effects and Z07 packages being on the order form.

I didnt realize you could not order "Stage 3" without ZO7 ...I did think you could.......Thanks for the correction............
