Default Ride height?

with the z06 on the lowest ride height position will the aero scrape the ground at the track?

Doubt it's the aero scraping. The plastic parts down underneath usually scrape way before the splitter. Bad driveway curbs or speed bumps could still be a challenge. Most don't drop it all the way down, just enough that the wheel gap looks correct.

No its the aero. The bottom of the carbon is all chewed up thus why I raised it

It looked like SBC got very close at Laguna and I believe his car is down on stock bolts. Check his thread as he commented on it.
It seems some of the Z06's sit pretty high coming out of the factory. Thankfully it's very easy to adjust.

Question; Wouldn't the front (splitter) come up (increase clearance) if the rear were lowered more than the stock bolts would allow? Works that way on my other lowered cars. I read on some other thread that the OP was not able to drop the rear on the stock bolts as far as the front. That is what I'm going to try anyway. I not only really like the look of less fenderwell space, but in my experience, lowered vehicles handle (read Autocross/Track) better. I have altered my driving practices to being alert and aware of severe dips, manhole covers, speed bumps (sleeping Policeman)and drive ways. PITA? Yep, you bet but, IMHO, there are "trade offs - compromises" that we do just to drive Corvettes that don't apply in our family sedans or SUV's. Road clearance is only one. Visibility, capacity (passengers as well as stuff), ease of entry/egress, parking concerns, etc. I'm a "pleasure vs. pain" kind of guy, and for me the pleasures far outweight the pain.
