Ordering question
New member here from VA and first post. I placed an order last night and the dealer says they have 3 allocations and that one of the buyers has backed out. The dealer is going to try to replace his order with mine so that I could possibly get an earlier delivery date. Is this possible and if so how likely? Or will I just have to go to the end of the line?

It depends on a few things. Were all 3 allocations spoken for and are you getting the last one because of the guy that backed out? if so, what is the order status of that allocation? If it is at 1100 which means that the dealer only entered it into his system and it has not been accepted by GM, then it can be changed. You will have to wait until the dealer gets his next allocation and then GM my accept it. If the order has already been accepted by GM and is not at 3000 status, I believe you can still makes changes.
