Default Texas World Speedway Lap

-Track TWS
-Layout CCW 2.9 mile

-Tires Pirelli dh slicks (scrubs) maybe 75% 285/18 325/18
-Conditions/Temp dry 70 degrees
-Overheat warning/failure if any Nope
-Best Time of the day/Session achieved 1:48:22

I screwed up corner 8 and forgot to downshift. I ran 4 laps in the low 1.48s but by the end of the day (and the tires) the best I could do was low 1:52s. Virtual best per Harry's was 1:46:80.

FLAT OUT MOVING, there was a z06 there the weekend I was there on sticky tires as well, he would overheat and could only achieve 130 or so on the front stretch. disappointing. I know if i can run low 1:51.xs and hit traffic then 1:4xs are definitely capable in the Z, now thats confirmed. congrats again

-Track. NCM
-Layout (if more than 1) Grand Course
-Transmission Type M7
-Driving Mode/Settings race
-Aero Package/Option Package/Setup Z07
-Tires MPSS. Non runflat
-Conditions/Temp 65 and humid
-Overheat warning/failure if any none
-Best Time of the day/Session achieved. 2:17.66
-Modifications, if any LG brake ducts, Afe Cai
-Notes (issues experienced, failures, passenger, anything pertinent that you feel affected your time, etc). Ran with too high of a tire pressure. Came off track with 48 fronts- 36 rear. Started with 32-30

I'm kind of a slow learner apparently. I didn't realize that you had to mark the finish line to get a lap time. I got some data from these three laps:

Max Water temp 223

Max Oil Temp 261

Ambient temp was about 61 or so based on the tire min temp readings from several of the tires

Tire pressures is where I screwed up. I started 36F/30R and ended up on the left side at 43F/40R. When I came into the pits and sat for a bit and then checked the pressures, they where much higher. I am guessing due to the heat of the front brakes soaking into the tires at rest.

Perhaps someone can copy the contents of the second post in to a new thread and we can start over. I'm not going to volunteer because I know I'll do a poor job of maintaining it.

Bonus points if we can get the mods to sticky it like the "we only have fun 10 seconds at a time" crowd.
