Not really I should have ordered a zo7 package and I am now thinking on canceling the order and step to the rear of the line for a zo7

Unless you are going to the track maybe you should just consider keeping it. Why do you think you need it at this time ?

Brakes is a very big factor and I really don`t think the ride is that bad in tour mode . the salesman talked me out of it at stingray in plant city FL. after awhile and a ride in one I new I missed up big time and I know I will not be happy with the zo6 so thats life.

Tadge Juechter wouldn't order his with Z07 and I'm in total agreement. Who needs it unless you're going to spend time tracking your car?

Same here. If I'm buying a maximum performance car like the Z06.. I want the maximum performance package offered with it like the Z07.

Maybe the dealer will allow you to cancel the original order, if you directly move your deposit to a new Z07 order. That why they dont lose a customer and could probably sell the original Z06 order to another person at nice profit.

Kinda my reasons too but I like my over 100 capablility's!
Plus my 82 k build is sweet too! Maybe we can get them side by side by about 6 weeks if it goes smooth!

I prefer the c7 z06 without the z07 package yet if what you really want the corvette z06 with the z07 package then cancel your order and place another one as long as you can get your deposit back.

The z06 is hot in the market I'm sure the dealership will be able to sell the car quickly,

Default rear wing removal

Im curious is the rear wing possible to remove without damage?
I like the look of the of the brake light small wing.
I do not own yet,i will probably wait it out until the
rush goes away.
And then grab one at a nice discount.

Don't get fixated on amassing all of the options. The C7Z07 really isn't a maximum performance package for the street. The brakes and aero don't provide any street advantage and anybody interested in drag racing the car would be best served by getting the base car. As for sitting alongside the car and bragging about it at the local cruise in none of the people you are bragging to will even know the difference or even care.

If you are going to track the car then that is the option you want to have since it will corner better and run longer without brake fade or cracked rotors. However, none of that cornering ability will do you any good on the street since if you used it and got caught you would get some jail time in addition to a very expensive ticket.

Yea but you do have bragging rights, great looking huge rotors and calipers, the aero stuff... hand built engine built in BG, KY. I think it might even help with resale down the road if that's what you might do.
