I used the Valet Mode for the first time today when I dropped the car off for it to be tinted, but when I went to View Recorded Sessions in the PDR, nothing was recorded. Am I looking in the wrong spot?

I assume you have used the PDR and have a SD card formatted as FAT32 in the glove compartment slot. If not, that's your problem.
I put mine in valet mode while it was being tinted and XPEL'd. The PDR recorded every time the door was opened whether started or not. Over the 3-1/2 days the shop had the car, many files were recorded. I viewed the larger files, larger meaning recording 5-6 minutes, and the car never left the shop property. In fairness, I did tell the tech that valet mode was on, but when you start the car, its pretty evident that it's in valet mode.
Yep, card is formatted as I used the PDR the day before and it recorded and saved perfectly. Does the valet mode video recordings save in the recorded sessions section of the PDR, or is it placed in a different area?
I found out the hard way that it won't record in Valet mode unless you select the default in the PDR menu first and set it to "always record in valet mode"!
