Z07 changing winglets
so i took off my z07 big end plates while doing clear bra and i was trying to put them on it seems like gm went cheap on the splitter and did not use captive nuts on the inside of the splitter so no i have to take bottom access panel off to get the bolts tight?? can anyone confirm this must be done before i take it all apart.
just real surprised no captive nuts were used on the end plate areas
