The eLSD in % (0% to 100%) shows exactly the percentage of rear differential lock in effect.
The Wheels Slip (0% to 30%) shows exactly how much slippage is occuring... if you wheels are increasingly slipping then the eLSD diff lock % will also increase (up to 100%).
Can anyone please explain exactly what these numbers on this dash display mean. Manual doesn't go into it. Thanks!
Ron
I'm not an owner (yet) so have no access to any documentation-but I believe its electronic limited slip differential and the display shows the % differential of slip from side to side. If I understand it correctly it keeps the rear end at the appropriate state of slippage depending upon what the car is doing: Hard straight line launch I would expect it to display a full lock-no slip setting. Cornering somewhat of a slip differential from side to side to allow the car to turn. The reviewers claim it's one of the features that keep the car planted while cornering.
I'm betting a far superior explanation can be posted by someone like snorman.
I didn't know about the HP pocket gauge option. Is that on the Z06?
Yes... cool but mostly for novelty. It's actually on all 2015 C7 models. The best "gauge cluster" visual improvement I like is the Speedometer appearing in the center when in Touring mode.... like the Tour Theme w/ Vehicle Data as seen in the left pic I posted above. On 2014 models, it was the render of a white Stingray in the center.
