I have purchased custom spacers from motorsport-tech.com. They took about a week to come in though. They could probably expedite the process for you.

FWIW, my C5Z 18" x 12" replicas which I ran on my C6Z do not fit on the C7Z. Tried last week and there is no way they'll clear the calipers. My C7Z has iron rotors. Spacers would not help my situation.
