Any updates on Toledo train or invoices?

Seems like the train to Nevada which left Toledo tester day may not be going to California since a number of us from CA are still in Toledo. I would have assumed that the train to Nevada would continue on to CA. Just a bit confused. Anybody know what's going on with these trains?

Just checked and I am still in Toledo. BUT I am going to NOCAL...not SOCAL.
Those on a train need to utilize the railcar ID to track their progress.

I just checked with Chevrolet and my Z06 is still sitting in Toledo. The production was finished on 2/10 and arrived in Toledo yesterday AM. I have a feeling it's going to be mid March before my car gets to San Diego.

Comming to California
Same as you - Friday. I didn't think my Onstar would continue working but I decided to check and it was showing it in Indiana. I think you, SDToothDoc, BobsZ06. and mine are all in this first train batch of A8s so all of ours are probably on this ride. I'm vin 2886. Think my car gets dropped in Elko, NV then trucked to Vegas - need to confirm that.

Yes for some reason the CA cars are being held in Toledo. Who knows why. The good news is that I just got a call from Kerbeck telling me my invoice came in and that they will be sending me my paper work for signatures via overnight mail. So invoice but no car. I would rather it be the other way around but at least things are progressing. You should be seeing your car very soon. Good luck, we want to hear from you once you get a chance to drive it. Cant wait to hear how the transmission works.

Must be unloading some cars for delivery. I suspect it will be back on track tomorrow. In the meantime, my car is still sitting in Toledo in temperatures well below zero.

Thinking about you Cali guys today and for what it's worth 2587 was built and on the ground for 4 weeks in BG prior to shipment and want you to know no tire issues or quality issues. My car came home today. I did take out the tire/wheel warranty which was reasonable. You will all be excited when you see and drive yours and all those anxiety feelings will dissipate the moment you see her. Keep the faith it will be worth it.

where did you purchase your tire/wheel warranty? i am taking museum delivery and would like to have something in advance of my 2200 mi drive home. as i recall, aftermarket tire companies, like discount tire, will sell you a warranty after the fact for about $20/tire. not sure this can be done in advance of taking delivery and being able to take it to one of their stores.
