Default Auto dolly

Hello all,

Just looking for opinions on this product. I was doing some research and saw this auto dolly and thought of getting a set of 4 for my garage to help move the Z06 around a little easier and help with winter storage. I was wondering if anyone has this product and how it is working for them. My floor in the garage has an epoxy textured finish so will that impede with moving the car around once it is lifted up?

Here is a video demonstrating how it works.

Okay so be reeeeeally careful about the specs before you buy these. On most of them the cradle in the middle where the tire is supposed to rest is nowhere near wide enough to accommodate a 335 wide tire, so part of the tire will rest above the wheels and the whole wheel will be tipped, making it useless as far as trying to get the wheel on and off the lugs, and even less useful trying to use them to move the vehicle around.

I bought one to test it out and thankfully I had the foresight to wrap some rags around the metal bits before trying out, otherwise I would have scratched my wheels when they tipped over.

Got a set of cojack brand of that type of jack. Have no problem rolling my vette around in the garage. I have 375x20x21 rears. Good luck.

Default Dolly Works for Me

Got one of these w/ free shipping:

It nicely helps mount/dismount the wheels...and makes it easy to move wheels around. 12 inch wide tires just fit. Very glad I bought this dolly.

WOW! You have some seriously wide wheels!

Jacks like these have been around for decades. High quality units seem to work well. Obviously, they need to be big enough to handle your Z06 tires size (both width and diameter) and use moving the car...not long term storage..
