The top on my '15 Z06 has squeaked since day one. It is an exposed carbon fiber lid (not that it should matter compared to the other top options) but I thought I would mention it.
I have taken it off, re-installed, and it still squeaks when driving over bumps, around corners, etc.
I had a '14 Z51 C7 and never had an issue with the top making noise.
Anyone else had this issue? Any suggestions? Is this a warranty issue?

Yeah, my top creaks and makes noise, I've seen a few posts on potential fixes but haven't tried any. My fix was to keep the top in the trunk.
I didn't have this issue with my C7 stingray, but it was a problem with my 2008 C6. One thing that worked for a while was to use some GM Super lube spray lubricant on the rollers on the front latches. So far my Z06 top isn't making any noise, but I haven't even taken it off yet.
Here's what the GM spray looks like. Works well on a multitude of squeeks and is safe on plastic.
mangerman posted about his 500 mile change and also had a squeaky top. Chevy tech removed top, cleaned seals, then used GM dielectric grease. Rubbed the seals with it and no more squeaky top.
Lots of threads on this. Has been a problem for several generations. Dielectric grease or other non-petroleum based silicone around the seals solves the great majority of user's issues. Lube around the pins also helps.
Just fixed mine. Not knowing for sure where the creaking was coming from, I remembered the problems with my C6's. I put a thin coat of dielectric grease on the front vertical pins and the roller portion of the latch handle. Although there is no roller there anymore, it is where the roller was on the C-6's. No more creaking
