Xpel Stealth will render the underlying color of the car matte. It is the same 8 mils thickness so provides the same amount of protection as regular Xpel Ultimate. You never need to wax it, just wash, so it really cuts down on labour and cleaning products. Should be the same cost to cover all the painted surfaces as Ultimate.
I like the look and love the low maintenance advantages. Have your buddy cover a section with Stealth and see if you like it. I am seriously thinking of covering the car with it when it arrives.
