The seat rails are different on the C7. However, the ones that mount to the front seat bolts (under the seat rails) are the same spacing. I just helped install one on a C-7 Z-06. Vetteworks has them for sale.

Yeah, I figured they were different, that's why I mentioned he should contact Hardbar and see if they are making any yet for the C7.
I had the Brey Krause mount for my C6. I believe it's even the same one they used on the C5. It fits the C7 bolt spacing, but is a bit tight to the seat. It works though, I've used it.
