Default Chips and things

After hearing of rocks hitting the rear spoiler and lower rear brake vents. Even convertible guys gets rocks inside the car.
In threads here.

I took a look at the front wheel of my car.
The gap from the front wheel opening halfway down was totally open
and the line of sight off the tire was out over an full inch.
GM's small guards are not fixing this.
It like GM lets us down they should have a big wheel guard or extend the spat full length of the wheel opening.

Wow the whole side of the car is open to wheel spray.
The only solution I've seen is the APSIS wheels guards. I bit the bullet and ordered all 4 this past weekend.

I know the same thing on my ZR1 2250 miles had 1 small chip on the rear duct from no guards. I put them the ZR1 they fix the problem.

Since they are big and mimmick a factory type look.

I strongly recommend this to more expel it not is halting the problem.
Both would be best.

Pictures when I get them on!

Had a stingray too. Much worse of a problem from the wider track and same tight body. On the Z06.

The mud guards at more than $880 for all four was a bit excessive.....I get why you bought them, I was hoping no one would spend that kind of money on them so the price could come down......the Corvette tax hard at work.......

I know but the small guards don't look to work on the Z06.
Except they are not 880.00

They were offered introductory but still now were/are 628.

Expel is even more than that and won't help the brake vent or spoiler.
I can justify saving the side and the brake vents the Z06 looks to really throw some stuff back on the car. I'm putting on these and ASC zero 7 side shields
both.

Hopefully some other venders will make guards like Apsis at a reasonable price soon, for now I'm using the GM guards

Chevrolet puts a small piece of plastic sheeting ( paint protection ) in front of rear wheel. did a few standing miles and even it is chewed up. took in in to the paint protection guy and he was surprised to see it in such bad shape. brake vents look like they were sandblasted. I am having the car buffed hoping it will remove the minor pits. then having the plastic paint protection on entire front end plus the quarters. will put in apsis guards and replace the brake vents. this car destroys itself at high speed. but it sure looks good doing it.

They are NOT 880.00 for all four. You should correct your post
more like 628.
